The PMI-CIC Book Club is open to all members of the Central Iowa Chapter of PMI. The PMI-CIC Book Club meets for one hour the last week of every month. Locations change in order to reach more individuals and a new book is introduced every month. The potential PMI Talent Triangle® earning is based off each book read. See Upcoming Events to register for the next PMI-CIC Book Club meeting. Although joining is free, space is limited, so registering is appreciated.
The format is very casual. The objective is to discuss interesting project management topics while earning PDUs by reading and informal learning. Although recommended, it is not necessary to fully read the month's book in order to attend the PMI-CIC Book Club. The book will need to be read in order to claim PDUs. Each month of reading earns one (1) to four (4) PDUs.
