Keynote: The MBA’s Guide to Enterprise Agility by Design!  Moving Beyond Scrum Into Scalable Agile Practices (Technical)

Enterprise agility has become a matter of survival for every Fortune 2000 company, institution, and government agency regardless of whether they are publicly or privately funded. Agile has moved out of the tech-centric enclave and become a required organizational competency spread across larger horizons and more complex challenges. Make no mistake, the market is desperate for professionals who can scale Agile across the enterprise!

Your biggest challenge is deciding whether highly-structured proprietary approaches or a custom-tailored open source approach aligned with proven business school standards is the right decision. Cookie cutter recipes don’t work so a reality-based, technically-sophisticated answer is demanded.

Session 2: Understanding PROPRIETARY Scaled Agile – Choosing the Right Solution for Agile Excellence (Technical)

Durable, reliable estimated that integrate risk management is critical to the survival of every successful project manager and PMO leader. Unfortunately, the GAFA (Google, Amazon, Facebook, Apple) effect has raised stakeholder expectations to unreasonable and unachievable levels. Is there an answer to this conundrum? An answer that delivers concrete best practices combining Traditional and Agile approaches usable in highly-complex Hybrid environments.
