Dr. Will Pepper ("The Other Dr. Pepper") speaks and consults with businesses and organizations that want to improve their marketing efforts, get the most out of their technology, and improve their overall leadership through manageable steps, not broad jumps. He has spoken throughout the United States, as far west as Long Beach, California, and as far east as Savannah, Georgia. He also guides companies both in-person and online in saving thousands of dollars each year through business leadership, marketing, and technology workshops and consultations. His clients range from small, privately owned companies to Fortune 500s.
Please know that Dr. Pepper is not a medical doctor, nor is he a delicious soft drink. However, he does have his doctorate in Management Information Systems (MIS) with a minor in Marketing, an MBA with a dual-emphasis in MIS and Marketing, and a BBA with a double-major of Finance and Managerial Finance, all from Ole Miss, as well as 20+ years business experience.

Dr. Pepper has taught a variety of material at different levels with superior ratings, organization, attitude and professional integrity (evaluations available upon request). Will finished his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems (minor in Marketing) in August 2014, focusing on the Perceived Safety of Free Software in Business.

According to the #1 The Wall Street Journal Bestseller's Strength Finder 2.0, and the Clifton StrengthFinder test (a process based on over 50 years of research and almost 9 million people tested), Will's strongest talent is the ability to be Futuristic, which is a top 5 strength found in less than 10% of all those tested and (less than 1% have it as number one). According to Gallup's, he has the ability to see in detail a picture of what needs to happen, the opportunities available, and to use this to not only energize himself but energize others. Someone who is Futuristic is a self-branded person that is a "tremendous value" to any organization. Next is Ideation, which adds to the first strength in that Will can discover elegantly simple solutions and opportunities beneath complex problems. He revels in finding entrepreneurial connections and enjoys new challenges of creating something new where risks scare others away. Then there are his Beliefs, the core values that make him dependable as he upholds himself to higher ethics than most towards the pursuit of meaningful work. Supporting these talents include the Learner trait, which means that subjects that interest him energize his career path and help him thrive in a dynamic work place. A Learner attacks short projects with zest, despite the familiarity of the subject matter, and moves forward to the next challenge instead of dwelling on accomplishments. Finally, "When can we start?", or the Activator talent provides the belief that action speaks louder than words and that once a decision has been made, action must occur. Will believes action itself is the best learning device and, according to Gallup, "You know you will be judged not by what you say, not by what you think, but by what you get done. This does not frighten you. It pleases you."
Finally, Dr. Pepper is a former Co-Director / Founding Member of the Oxford Film Fest, now in its 15th season. He lives in Oxford, Mississippi, with his wife Samantha, and their dog Dangerzone Pepper and volunteers his time regularly in his local community and church.
