Daniel Custódio is one of the leading authorities on Lean with over 18 years of experience in continuous improvement in industry and as a consultant. He is the first and only Lean Gold Certified professional in services as recognized by the Shingo Institute and is the author of "Sacred Workday: How to Create an Awe-Inspiring Business."

Daniel's first presentation will be "Catch-ball: How to create alignment". In this session, you will learn will learn about how to create alignment through strategy deployment (Hoshin Kanri) in order to ensure everyone knows where they are going and what the right things are to work on to get there.

Daniel's second presentation is "Humble Inquiry: The main leadership tool for building trust." In this session, leaders will learn the difference between command-and-control leadership and servant leadership and will explore how humble inquiry allows them to build trust. Leaders will practice using humble inquiry via exercises.
