During this invigorating dinner the following items will be discussed: the #1 thing high performing teams have in common, how to set up teams to reach their full potential, why it's okay to have healthy disagreements and how they can be productive for the team, the case for having cognitive diverse teams, the importance of feeling psychologically safe within the team and the keys to effective communication.
RONEE ANDERSEN, MBA, SPHR, CTACC
Ronee brings 20 years of progressive human resources experience in the private and public sectors in companies ranging in size from 50 to 6,000 employees. Her focus has been in the banking and biotech industries. She, also, has experience helping build and taking a company public on NASDAQ. Ronee has held positions from HR Officer to Senior HR Director.
Ronee has a bachelor’s in Social Science, MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources. She has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and an Advanced Certificate in Strategic Human Resources from Cornell University. She is a certified coach through Coach Training Alliance (CTACC). She is an avid learner and is always taking steps to grow personally and professionally.
