ABOUT THE SPEAKER: SHAWN WHITMORE
Shawn is a Vice President within Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. He provides oversight and management of initiatives pertaining to Portfolio Management and Software Delivery within the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage division. His experience in LEAN techniques began at Wells Fargo in 2006 when he learned the Six Sigma principles and became a certified Green Belt. Throughout Shawn's career, he has held various technology positions such as: Database Administration, Application Developer, Analyst-Programmer, Team Leader, Program Management, Project Management, Technical\Data Analysis, Business Analyst, Developer and Process and Delivery Leadership roles.
