A little something about us...

Collaborate 2 Succeed is a volunteer program sponsored by the Project Management Institute - Central Iowa Chapter. Since 2009, this program has matched members with local non-profits organizations to advise organizations on how they can use project management methodology to get more value out of their projects.

How we can help..

We provide collaboration with the non-profit organizations staff on use of project management techniques. PMI-CIC members volunteer to provide short-term project management support on specific projects. Additional development support may be available as part of our partnership with local higher education institutions. This option is intended to help with specifics, such as development of a mobile app or website creation and/or enhancements. PMI-CIC members can offer experience and support in a variety of planning areas: Project Charters, Scope, Schedules, Risk Management, Change Management, Project Analysis, Cost Analysis, Cost Management, and others. These techniques and knowledge can be applied to a variety of projects, including pre-planning for fundraising events, special events, and conferences, just to name a few.
