As the founder of ForWard Consulting LLC, Breanne is passionate about transforming communities through motivational speaking and education on trauma, inclusion, and mental health. Since founding ForWard Consulting in 2014, Breanne has been helping organizations improve workplace dynamics by addressing divisiveness, cultural clashes, and biases that impact job satisfaction and productivity.
