Speaker Bio: For over 20 years, Joe Van Haecke has been studying, performing, and coaching improvisation. He has studied with ComedySportz, Second City, and the IO Theater in Chicago. Joe has worked with hundreds and has seen how improv skills are transformational. Locally, I perform with Comedy XPeriment, Des Moines' longest performing improv troupe. Improv skills help us be better communicators, better collaborators, and stronger leaders. Improv is not just for actors anymore!
