Disciplined Agile Lean Scrum Master
Disciplined Agile Lean Scrum Master (DALSM) training and exam preparation with in-depth interaction with tools and strategies to help leaders of agile teams effectively influence people and remove impediments, in the real-world, by tailoring teams Way of Working (WoW). Students learn to optimize productivity and continuously improve teams within the context of the enterprise and its culture. Students earn the Disciplined Agilist designation and, after passing the Disciplined Agile Certification Exam, are also awarded the Certified Disciplined Agilist (CDA) designation.
