October Chapter Meeting

Power Skills

This presentation will entail how to develop high-performing teams.  We'll cover a specific example of the exact steps Ronee took to develop a high-performing team when the stakes were very high. They were high due to an Ebola outbreak and their research on Pancreatic Cancer.  The steps she will be sharing can be used with any team. Teams can be the key to success. When a team is working like a well-oiled machine, it creates a synergy that is a win for the company, leaders, employees, and maybe even mankind.
